Offee

Offee (Оффи) is generic name of officials, especially in case, when some official uses his/her power for personal profit and against interests of his country, against interests of majority of his/her compatriots.

In the first approximation, term «Offee» can be used as short version of term «Official».
Word «Official» is ofter appears as additive; use of term «Offee» makes the text less ambiguous. This corresponds to the goals of TORI.

Term «Offee» is borrowed from utopia by Rozov Aleksandr Aleksandrovich, as no appropriate English equivalent is found.
The original utopia by Rozov is written in Russian.
Term «Offee» can be considered as ascii transliteration of word «Оффи», that has meaning very close to that of word «Чиновник»; see, for example, «Все чиновники - воры, подонки». The negative attitude to the «Чиновник» is recognized by the Russian offees and should be taken into account at consideration of historic events. Especially this refers to the cases related to Moscovia and to offees accused to be agents of Moscovia («Trump as KGB agent», «Marie Le Pen» , etc.).

In TORI, once any word is supplied with the definition and description, it is no more slang, not an obscene swearing, but a term that can be used in scientific analysis.

Aleksandr Rozov and History

Term offee (оффи) is ised by Rozov Aleksandr Aleksandrovich (Розов Александр Александрович) in his utopia about Meganesia, in particular, in its first part Meganesia.Deportation. It is written, roughly, in 2008; the same year, as the Russian invasion into Georgia and, therefore, the Putin world war) become evident.

It the Utopia the "neat future" is described. This can be interpreted as middle of century 21; perhaps, soon after the Collapse of RF.

Rozov, forecasting the result of the Putin world war (collapse of RF), excludes Russia from his narration. In his utopia, Russia already had been collapsed, although some «Siberia» («Сайбериа») still exists. Role of Russia as worldwide aggressor is performed by the American and Japanese offees. The disclaimer states that the planet «similar to Earth» is described, so, all the accusation in misinterpretation of the historic events are refuted at once.

The utopia by Rozov is very critic. Term offee is used there in a judgmental, even accusatory, meaning; the offees appear as "bad guys", who slow-down the development of their countries and, in general, of the Human civilisation. The wars, and, especially, the World War I and the World War II are interpreted as conflicts between offees of different countries, who fight for new benefits for themselves. The soldiers, who perform the battle action, as well as the civil population, appear as victims of the offees.

Utopia by Rozov is revolutionary; the society is described, where there is no class offees. According to statements by Meganesians, there are no professional politics at Mevanesia, and the rotation of staff in the governmental structures is unavoidable.

Despite the apparent attractiveness of the utopia society, during at least 12 years since the appearance of the novel, at least until year 2025, no one country is observed, where the idea by Rosov are realized in practical design of the administration and government of a country.

Such an implementation would make it possible to see, how practical and applicable are the judgments of Rozov's personages about the structure of society and the role of the offees in this structure, and how much more effective (and whether) the utopian structure of society without a state and without a parliament than the established (so-called "Western") democracies.

Warning

The new terms borrowed from utopias and defined in TORI are introduced in order to simplify interpretation of historic events.

This is neither an attempt to affect the historic events nor a suggestion to modify rules of the English language.

However, upon confirmation of some TORI concepts, one may consider them as useful and borrow also the terminology.
