The petition above is observed during the Putin world war.

The publications are easy to interpret within the concept that treat Donald Trump as KGB agent. In this case, the war is necessary for the project "TrumpForever".

The expected results of the "third presidential term" are shown in movie CivilWar2024.

If this is namely scenario that Trump and Putin try to realize (see "Witkoff-Lavrov Pact Emulation"), then no petition can save the USA from the collapse.

Other hypotheses may presume that Putin and Trump have some other goals (not destruction of the USA and Russia). These hypotheses are more complicated and are not so supported with observed publications.

Trump and Pitin did not end war in 24 hours and they do not seem to want to end it even in 24 years. Such a century-old permanent war (Bigpuf) is described in utopia "Tartaria", and much earlier in utopias Orwell1984 and Fahrenheit451.

The petition observed can be interpreted as a preliminary indirect confirmation of such a model.
