test 1

.. ج: صباح الخير، يا جون! تفضل، اجلس.

J: Good morning, John! Please, sit down.

د: شكراً، يا عمار. سمعت أن العمل صعب هذه الأيام.

D: Thank you, Amar. I heard work is hard these days.

ج: صعب؟ يا رجل، مستحيل! نعمل في الشمس، والناس لا ترانا.

J: Hard? Man, impossible! We work under the sun, and people don’t even see us.

test 2

    • Dialogue Skeleton:**
    • Smith:** Good morning! May I speak with Amar Ab-Sur?
    • Amar:** That’s me. Sit down. Let’s see what you want.
    • Smith:** I’m John Smith, representing *Global Observer*. I’d like to understand your perspective.
    • Amar:** Finally! People need to know the truth. It is not easy to live here…
    • Smith:** Could you explain what your main concerns are?
    • Amar:** All of us suffer. The system is against us. The occupation, the checkpoints, the restrictions… We feel invisible.
    • Smith:** I see. And your community—what are your goals?
    • Amar:** We want justice. We want our people recognized. We want to survive. Our land, our homes, our rights…
    • Smith:** And how do you think that can be achieved?
    • Amar:** With patience… with persistence… with unity. But, you see, the world misunderstands us. They give money, but the needs are growing faster than the help.
    • Smith:** Are there disagreements inside your community about the methods?
    • Amar:** Yes. Some are angry, some are patient… I cannot explain everything in one sitting.
    • Smith:** So… you are frustrated with the outside world?
    • Amar:** Of course! They promise, they say they care… but nothing changes. I cannot make you understand fully.
    • Smith:** Could you give an example of what “nothing changes” means?
    • Amar:** The checkpoints, the jobs denied, the lack of housing, the children without schools… It’s endless. You think I exaggerate? You don’t live here.
    • Smith:** I see… I think I understand a little. But how do you envision the future?
    • Amar:** The future… I cannot tell you yet. Even if I speak, no one listens. You ask too many questions! I must go.
    • [Amar walks away, frustrated.]**
